Salam Sayang..!

Wow..!! minggu yang memeningkan..!!

Kita dh habis study tentang food test dan classes of food...rasanya macam tak de masalah je kan..but cgu upload sedikit notes tambahan utk sesiap yg rajin nk baca :

1. Test for Glucose: Benedict's Solution

Glucose is heated with Benedict's reagent to form a brick red precipitate.

2. Test For Starch : iodine Solution 






The brownish colour will change to dark blue if starch is present.
3. For protein test : Millon's reagent
White precipitate turned into a brick-red precipitate when the egg albumen is heated together with millon's reagent.


4. Fat Test  : Ethanol and distilled water ( fat emulsion test)
The mixture with the cooking oil turns into a milky white emulsion. So fat is present in cooking oil.

 yang paling penting  kena tahu ..! :-

Food --> tester reagent --> changes of colour before and after. 

ok...cukup setakat ini dulu..see ya..!!
